Another manufacturer of 1911 grips, the well-known knife maker, Simonich, has entered the grips business. Their grips, called Gunner Grips, are made of a polymer material, called G-10 Laminate, come with either a flat or tapered bottom, are cut for an ambi safety and come in a variety of colors, as shown below:
