These grips are a specially produced version of the Alumagrips Deluxe grips. As you might already know, Alumagrips are made out of T-6 aluminum, so they are pretty rugged and undestructible. Have a look at the pictures below:

There is also a second version of the M1911.ORG grips, which are the same as the ones above, but the customer can request to have his initials engraved in one of the grip panels (either the left or the right), in the font he prefers (within limits).

Both versions of these grips can be ordered with or without a cut for an ambi thumb safety.

What is more important, Alumagrips has agreed to offer those grips, at a special discount of 15% off their regular prices. That means that the standard grips (without your initials) will cost you 51 US$ (plus 5 US$ for shipping in USA) or the Custom Deluxe grips, with your initials will cost you only 59 US$ (again plus 5 US$ for shipping in USA).
