The Meltdown

This is more than just a dehorned M-1911. This gun also includes a lot of custom features, making it an excellent carry gun.

Heavy Slide/Long Heavy Slide The "HEAVY SLIDE" features extremely light recoil and pleasant handling characteristics. Available in .45, .40 S&W, 9mm and .38 Special calibers. The "LONG HEAVY SLIDE" is made by welding a 1" section of slide to the front of a 5" slide. A Clark 6" match barrel is used for this conversion. Available in .45 ACP and .38 Special calibers. Features : Accuracy job. Trigger Job with match aluminum trigger (3.5 pound pull). Sight options include Bo-Mar full length rib or Clark slide mount. Reliability package. Stippled front strap. Unlimited Class Compensated race guns are available on 1911 Style frames and on the STI, SVI, Caspian and Para Ordnance high capacity frames in all popular calibers. We offer Hybricomp models featuring the Schuemann barrel or standard compensated models featuring the Clark Seven Port compensator.
