Mec-Gar are producing some very high-quality accessories for the M-1911. First of all, their 8-round magazines are very good, I have four of them, two nickel and two blue, and they have never created a problem. I especially like their bottom plate, which is somewhat similar to magazines from Beretta, they give the old workhorse a very nice appearence.
