Krieger Acc-u-rails is a pair of rails which install in the slide grooves of the M-1911 frame and are supposed to take off the play that might exist between these two parts, making your gun more accurate. I am not sure if they work or not, and my gunsmithing knowledge are not such to question its manufacturer.
